So - we've now set up an obstacle course to try to keep the signal to noise ratio down.

Yes, it sounds good and no, there's no catch. When we give you the go though,
we need you to follow these guidelines when designing your site:
You can have up to 10Mb. More only by arrangement. Other stuff (CGI, MySQL, mail, etc.) also by arrangement.
All links & file names are case-sensitive.
Call your home page 'index.html' (or .htm).
Design your pages however you want.
You can use any of the pHreak logos and graphics in your Web pages.
All we ask is the following link at the bottom of your home page: 'This site happens in pHreak space' linked to 'www.phreak.co.uk'
